“The Individualization of Borders: Law, Time and Money against
Territory”, seminar in French at the Collège international de
philosophie, Paris, with Christopher Pollmann, professor of
Public law, Paul Verlaine University – Metz/France, Visiting Fellow,
Harvard Law School (2001-02). The seminar is open to students and
scholars in the social sciences, law and philosophy as well as to
anyone interested. Participation is free and without registration. Posters (in black & white or colour) and

The seminar is based on a paper in French avalaible here:

about 650 entries (a German version of the paper is in print in the
