Just a reminder that the ACB Spotlight Meeting on Early Detection of
Cancer will take place at the Royal College of Pathologists on the 15th
July.
 
The day will highlight the debate on early cancer monitoring focusing on
ovarian and protate cancer .

Topics will include -

The recent NICE guidelines for ovarian cancer

Update on the situation with prostate cancer

Quality care: a multidisciplinary collaboration

Perspectives from patient, clinician and laboratory

 

The morning session will concentrate on Prostatic Cancer and will open
with a talk by 

Mr Prasad Bollina   Chairman of Southeast Scotland Cancer Network (SCAN)
for Urology.

with the afternoon session on Ovarian Cancer starting with a talk by -

Mr Sean Duffy   Chairman of the NICE Guideline Development Group for
Ovarian Cancer
