I'm working FMRI files and then the preprocessing (realignment, time slicing, etc.), I would like to extract time series (temporal behaviour of the signals from cerebellum).
I  have obtained the design matrix through the First model Specification in SPm.
From manual, I saw that I should define the T and F contrasts .
Is it correct?
How do I define these contrasts?
