Dear All,
 
I have one control and 4 patient groups in whom I perfomed T1-w VBM and I am trying to run non-parametric tests 
 
I ran >2 group ANOVA 1 scan/subject using SnPM. I chose the following
When I run the results part in SnPM
my F-statistic comes automatically with positive effects
write filtered statistic image - NO
results for which image - F
Inference method -Voxelwise
Voxelwise:Use corrected thresh - FWE
FWE-CORRECTED P VALUE -0.05
 
I get a significant MIP image, I would like to do get T-test results on the individual comparisons like control>patient_group1, control>patient_group2... how to run these or get these results. In SPM parametric method I design my own design and contrast matrix I am wondering how to give my own contrasts of interests here in SnPM.
