Good morning, I'm italian student in Automation Engineering, I work with fmri files and it's my first time. For the preprocessing I follow the steps in spm manual: - Realignment and Reslicing; - Slice Timing; -Normalization; - Smoothing. I don't have coregistration, in fact, I neglect this passage and segmentation. Is it correct? Moreover, are there some parameters that I can see if the preprocessing is correct or not?
