Dear Experts, I am trying to use physio-physiological interaction to analysis resting-state data sets. But to define the physio-physiological interaction model in SPM seems to require the SPM.mat file. Since there is only one condition in the resting-state data sets, I don't have the SPM.mat file to define different conditions. How should I run the physio-physiological interaction analysis without the SPM.mat files? Thank you very much!
