I'm trying to establish a processing pipeline for using DARTEL with FA and MD maps. So far I've tried inputting the images into the DARTEL program at the "Create Template (New Template)" step, but the results have not worked out. Alternatively, I have tried bringing my FA and MD maps into T1 space and tried inputting them into the "Normalize to MNI" step. The results were not satisfactory. Any suggestions would be helpful.
