SPM functions and adding own scripts to facilitate my analysis of MRI data. However as the number of functions & scripts increased rapidly I start loosing overview which is due to the fact that I do not have proper education in programming. Could you recommend any online resources or books that would introduce me to some principles of "good" programming, how to best organize your function and distribute calculations between .m-files?

Many thanks for your help!
Jokel
