Here in Powys we are tentatively considering purchasing an Industrial Unit to convert for Archive use - both storage and public access.  Does anybody have any experience of this?

I am particularly interested in options regarding the strongrooms and compliance with BS 5454 - so far the best option would seem to be a "box within the box" - more specifically an air conditioned steel structure inside the Ind Unit.

Any costings on feasible options would also be extremely helpful.

Many thanks
Catherine
