Dear all, has anybody converted data from dicom into an img/hdr from a PET/CT STE by GE? Up to now I have converted data from PET/CT Siemens using dcm2niigui or MRIConvert, with no problem. When using GE, I found strange features in the last part of the PET scans, features not found at the workstation. May you know if someone of you has found the same problem and how you solved?
