I was trying to demonstrate the Olympus recording to Dragon transcription process to a student the other day, but we got stuck at the 16 bit wav file stage. I seem to remember thinking it was Olympus's fault, not Dragons. They take the DVD home and produce the transcription. So you might find someone from your pool of support workers. (Though you may have tried this.) She needs to have these transcribed but all the transcription services I have contacted only work with audio files not video files (and alot of the context will be gained by watching it). Does anyone know of any companies or universities that would be able to help us do this? Or does anyone have any advice they could give me in relation to this situation? Thank you very much.
