**Apologies for cross-posting** 2010 Sector Skills Assessment Survey Help identify the skills needs of the lifelong learning sector As the Sector Skills Council for the lifelong learning sector we are undertaking the annual Sector Skills Assessment to identify future skills priorities for the UK and for each nation. The easy online survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete and gathers information from across the lifelong learning sector which provides invaluable insight about recruitment, skills of staff, training and workforce development and future skills needs. The findings include skills shortages and skills gaps, along with recommendations for addressing these issues. The survey is available to employers in career guidance, community learning and development, further education, higher education, libraries, archives and information services, and work based learning.
