I would like to run hierarchical multiple ordinal regression and insert the predictors in blocks – like in OLS or in logistic regression. The purpose is to obtain a pseudo R square value per block – just like the one produced in logistic regression. However, SPSS does not have that version (or at least my copy of version 17 of the program). Is it an inherent deficiency of the algorithm or a programming malfunction? Can it be overcome?
