Je m’excuse de vous écrire en anglais.  I imagine that you are looking for something more than an identification of Saint Lawrence/Laurence, who points to his other side, as in the story of his martyrdom, saying that he was now cooked on that side, time to turn him over.  The bellows and gridiron are of course there.  Is it the identification of the king-figure for which you are looking?  Laurence was venerated in the 15th c. in the Finistière, I believe; perhaps knowing the names of the kings of that period would get closer to what you are looking for?
