medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
Dear friends,
there is a well known legend: Saint Augustine walking on the shore of the see, meeting a boy, who says, he wants to empty the water in his little pit, and when the saint loughs about it, asking, why he is thinking he could exhaust the secret of the Holy Trinity. Everybody knows it, but does anybody know, where it comes from?
yours
Karl
