Hi, I posted this before, but I think I wasn't very clear about my problem. I have two models, both cluster-corrected with an z-stat of 2.3, but model A with a cluster p threshold of 0.05 and model B with a p of 0.001. However, both of them look totally alike when I look at the thresh_zstat nifti files and I can't find the mistake I made. Additional info: In both models, I also do contrast masking, using a mask thresholded at z=2.3 and p=0.05 We also still use the old 4.0.2 FSL version. Any ideas where I could have gone wrong?
