Italian Studies at The University of Manchester are pleased to announce their participation in the PALAVER Festival of Language and Performance, a collaboration between the Contact Theatre, the University of Manchester and Routes into Languages.

 

‘Back to the Future: Return of the Futurists’

 

Monday 22nd and Tuesday 23rd March, 10pm

Inspired by the style and principles of Marinetti’s Futurism, this original performance fuses rhythmic beats and powerful visuals with the Italian Language to create a unique portrayal of our present time. BANG BANG TUM TUUM BELL, and the audience performs as well.

All performances are in Italian. Tickets £8/£5

All performances will take place at Contact, Oxford Road, Manchester, M15 6JA
