And I note the judge was very critical of Doncaster for making the
application, and refused to grant it "because there is no evidence that the
BBC are threatening to publish any confidential information"!

The High Court has refused an application by Doncaster Metropolitan Borough
Council (Doncaster) to continue an interim injunction against the BBC
restraining it from publishing information obtained from a Serious Case
Review (SCR)
