Yay, finally someone else who has the same job title as me!  Maybe now I'll be able to get something useful done, and find out what my job is actually supposed to be (Due to various reasons from last year, there was no sabbatical officer to give me a sabbatical hand-over...) rather than me making it up constantly!!!
And you say this isn't efficiently representing our students...?
