you can get advisory notes added to the planning permission

I usually get the following added

1.    An asbestos survey and risk assessment should be carried out prior to the demolition of the existing buildings. The enforcing authority for this type of work is the Health and Safety Executive and it is recommended that you contact them directly to discuss their requirements

I have been advised that it is not appropriate to use a planning
condition for such as this.

Waste Management Regs appears to be the way to control the correct
disposal with Health & Safety legislation to ensure best practice.

Hope you get a good response from the List as I would also like to be

Subject: Planning Condition for the removal of asbestos!

Does anyone have a suitable planning condition for asbestos removal?

The site in question has had a Phase I investigation carried out. I am
satisfied that the only risk posed at the site is asbestos roofing
material, which I want removed prior to development and disposed of

Any help would be much appreciated!
