I am undertaking some research into the use of work related technology as
part of my MSc in Health Ergonomics, at Derby university.
I would be very grateful if you could spare 10 minutes of your time to help
with this by completing a questionnaire.
It is possible to complete sections individually (which will automatically be
saved) and then return to complete the remaining sections from the same P.C.
and link, should your response be interrupted. Partly completed sections will
not be saved.
All answers are anonymous and voluntary. Results of the study will be
available at its completion early next year. Your participation may be stopped
