Doesn't the spelling and grammar check pick up and sort most errors. If this is a problem with medical terminology, there are specific medcal spell checkers, and some are free, but you need to get UK edition    http://spellex.co.uk/products/med.htm 
 
Having read the link below, I think you will need to get  a report from consultant on the state of her eyes to know what is happening .Also good to alert coonsultant to the fact that she says her diabetes is affecting her ability to work, so control may need to be improved.Is there a Diabetic Nurse specialsit  you can liaise with? Talk to an optician about the effect on eyes in general?
