HI I would like to perform a single group tbss correlation of a few different test scores with FA maps while eliminating age influences (i.e searching for voxels that are correlated only with the test scores and not with age - i believe it is called age as a covariate of no interest but i'm not sure) anyway I have searched archive posts but they all talked about 2 groups comparisons, so i'm not sure what my design and contrasts should be and if there is anything special i should add in randomise thanks reut
