Dear all, After running fslvbm_1_bet I see that bet didnt work for some subjects (neck is still included), even if I added some other options after -N. I have brain-extracted T1 images of these subjects from another analysis. Could I just replace the unscucessful vbm-bet images with these images, giving them fsl-vbm-related names? Do next steps of fsl-vbm use other files than xx_struc_brain.nii (e.g. xx_struc_brain_mask.nii, xx_struc_brain_skull.nii or xx_struc_cut.nii)? Knowing this would be very helpful! Thank you, Aga
