Hi Lara,

Those stat images are in exactly the same space as the example_func image
(i.e., the middle time point within your 4D time series). However, you can
put them into whatever space you want using the matrices/images within the
.feat/reg folder (see FLIRT documentation and posts).

Hello, 

I am running a simple fMRI block design for individual subjects in FSL and
have 
a simple question. 

Within each subject's .feat/stats directory, there are a set of tstat.nii.gz

images. Are these tstat images registered to the subject's individual 
anatomical scan? To their mean functional scan? or both?
