There is no file attached. However, use DISPLAY to check that the origin is on the AC and that the brain has the same rotation (within 10 degrees) of the MNI brain. If either are off, then you need to change them. To get the translation, when the cursor is on the AC, you get coordinates a b c, enter -a for x, -b for y, and -c for z. For the rotation, just play with the numbers, +/-.1-.2 should be sufficient to bring the brain into the correct orientation. Then click reorient images.

Using SPM5 segment tool (default mode), I filed to segment the attached files
(result a corrupt image instead of WM&GM segmentation).
