Following on from what Julie writes, SPM5batch (which can be found here: http://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/ext/ ) can very simply use one 'template' batch file for one participant and apply it to many other participants as long as their directory structure is the same. This makes the process of batching even simpler. Akira
