Do you need to know about professional issues which impact on institutional websites? Take this opportunity to examine important ethical issues which can arise. The course will focus primarily on - - Digital rights - Privacy and Data Protection issues - Key accessibility issues - Security issues relating to both traditional and new web environments. We will analyse some of the copyright and privacy statements and settings found on a range of websites, in addition to some useful resources on these issues.
