Due to the strong demand for PET practical knowledge and hands-on training, we are holding the 4th "PET Experimental Design and Practical Data Analysis Course". This is a 3-day course (from 12th to 14th of June, 2009) at the MRC Clinical Science Centre at Imperial College London.

The course is part of the Imperial College Graduate Programme and is intended for:

- Academics and clinicians that use PET in their research.
- Scientists working in drug companies that commission PET studies or collaborate with PET centres and produce data for the purposes of drug development.
- Scientists and technical staff working for companies that produce scanners or commercialize scanner related products that want to understand more about its use in diagnostic medicine and research

The course consists in lectures, practicals and computer based exercises. There will be a free afternoon for a -questions/bring in your data-session. After the course the attendees will be able to design, quantify and analyse a PET tracer study by exploiting state-of-the-art PET modelling and analysis software.
