There will be information about parents/carers insofar as it relates to the
child and is known to the agencies involved (what they are calling 'best
view'), but only basic contact details for either the parent or child. The
key thing is that the professionals working with the child are viewable, as
the point of the system is to make it easier for professionals to contact
each other to provide joioned up services and reduce the risks posed by
poor/non-existant comms...
