That has much wider implications, and is a dangerous route to tread.
What if a distant nation passes a law that bans (or places very
stringent conditions upon) cookies. Any company then placing "illegal"
cookies could be breaking that law, with the Directors being arrested
the moment they set foot there on holiday.
