Hello I am having trouble with running the fMRI model specification: we have a 2.4 second TR, 26 slices acquired interleaved and our reference slice is the 25th. In the first level analysis we defined for the units for design "seconds". Should we now adjust the microtime resolution to "26" and the microtime onset to "25" or can we just shift the onsets in each condition to match the time of our reference slice (i.e. +1.2)? Would both approachs lead to the same result? Thanks for your help
