The link between psychological well being and fitness. Could this potentially predict absence in the future ?. Does this evidence a lack of self responsibility regarding general health ? One of the question often asked has the approach to going sick changed , do people find it easier to take time off rather than try and go to work. Currently looking at data and comparison over the last five years, seeing if a change in pass rates, particularly as the standards have been reduced but it appears a higher level of failure. Increased sickness levels of staff still in early years of service Grateful for thoughts or any research available Penny Fuller OHN ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Please remove this footer before replying.
