Michael,

I'm Secretary of the Local Authority Occupational Health Nurses Group. Would
it be possible to send me a copy of your questionaire so I can circulate it
amongst the members as I feel we would all benefit since the majority
of members look after teaching staff. In my normal job at Nottinghamshire
County Council, I'm also looking at this difficult subject at the moment.

How did you deal with the requirement in the Fitness to Teach documentation
to obtain the previous OH records from local authorities or training school
reocrds in the case of NQT staff?

Many Thanks

Kim
