I post that in another threat because it seems to be a problem apart.

There seems to be a problem in randomise itself with that particular design (please see design mat and con below)
It runs properly up to -n 5 permutations.

If -n 6 it does t-test1 nicely but then stops after the 5th permutation in t-test 2.
(NB the permutations of t-test1 take about 3 secs, the permutations of t-test2 come every 0.5 sec why?)

If - n 7 or 8 or 9 or 10 or else it stops at the permutation 3 in t-test 2.
The stats1.nii.gz are created, then it waits. CPU is on 100% but there is no error message.

Does anyone have a clue how to solve this problem?
