The 1807 Commemorated project is an Arts and Humanities Research Council
funded project based at the University of York. Together with the
Museums, Libraries and Archives Council and MLA London the project is
running a one-day workshop in London for heritage staff from the London
and South East regions.

The workshop will focus on audience engagement and disengagement with
exhibitions, community consultation, exhibition content and the roles of
museum practitioners. The day will include:

*	information on the work to date and discussions for future
practice;
*	debate regarding next steps for the sector and for your own
practice;
*	an opportunity to inform the creation of sector toolkits to
respond to issues raised in 2007.

This workshop will take place on the 25th of February 2009 at RIBA in
London.
