Dear All I have just installed coot 0.5 (coot_i386_10.5.5__0.5-final.tgz) on a new mac mini, following Bill's excellent instructions on his osx wiki and everything seems to work fine, except that when I try to ssm superpose 2 structures coot crashes. I get the following in the terminal window: INFO:: matching molecule number 1 onto molecule number 0 superposing... and then the osx prompt I've tried with a couple of different molecules from the pdb. Has anyone else seen this problem? (it all works fine using coot 0.1 on my g4 powerbook...!) Thanks Pat
