Hello Jin,

This is most like a case of mixed case, not a Windows issue. For the
Pickatlas toolbox to show up in the SPM toolbox dropdown, its directory
name must be in the same case as the command that calls it. So, if you
have your directory named WFU_Pickatlas or anything with Uppercase
letters, please rename it to the all lowercase: wfu_pickatlas. It
should then show up in the toolbox listing.

Ben

Thank you very much. This is exactly what I want. However, after I add
the WFU_PickAtlas under toolbox directory, add the path on top of SPM, I
cannot see it appeared in the toolbox menu. Is there something special
about running this in windows? On the manual, it says that this has not
been tested in windows.

Thank you very much

Jin
