I am currently using the VBM2 toolbox by Christian Gaser in SPM2. I would like to ask if I would like use the MNI TI template , which is given in SPM, instead of making my own customized template. Does it mean I can start doing the data from "Segment" under the toolbox? For the step " Select TI template or press done for default: " I have chose the T1.img from spm2\template But what about " Select gray matter template for: gray.img " as if I use my own template, many manuals advice to use the gray.img which have just created, however, what about if I want to use the MNI template, as I didn't make a set of GM, WM and CSG images, Does it mean I simply press "done' for this step? And for "Use own prior images? " Does it mean I have to say "NO" as I wanna make use of the MNI template instead of my own one? On the other hand, does it mean I should choose " Yes" for this if I have created the customized template and I want to make use of it? Thank you very much for your reply.
