APSR is pleased to advise that a draft program for its forthcoming workshop on Open Access Publishing is now available on the web. The draft will be updated as further details are confirmed. Open Access Publishing: A two-day Public Knowledge Project Workshop will be held at the University of Sydney on December 4 and 5, 2008. The wide-ranging program has been designed to cover all aspects of open access, from the policy framework to the production processes and support services entailed in the publishing of monographs, journals and conferences. A special technical stream has been incorporated for those who enjoy the nuts and bolts. Open Access Publishing is open to everyone.
