Hi, All So I have a group of SPECT images that I suspect could have missing voxels based on what I see in the contrast images. I want to use SPM to replace these missing voxels in the unsmoothed images with a value that represents an average of the neighboring 8 voxels. I am unsure how I would actually do this. Does anyone know how this could be done in SPM? Thank you, Cyrus
