medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture

Thank you Tom.  I was not aware of that. I assume then you have checked it 
already?  There is a lot about bishops in Gascoigne's Loci et Libro but this 
looks too technical for his polemic I would think.  Could it be from a 
statute book?  John Briggs might know.  But it looks like canon law.
