Dear All: Does anybody know how to apply the binary mask onto a MTR image? I had a grey matter mask by using spm_segment. Now I'd like to apply it to a MTR image to get grey matter only's MTR image. So I could have a histogram of grey matter of MTR. Thank you very much for your help. Ying
