Hello SPM Community,
The results from my VBM analysis (difference b/w 2 groups, exp. and control) are in line with our hypotheses.. but I do have a concern because all the regions where the experimental group is deficient (less gm volume) are in the right hemisphere, and all the regions where the experimental group has increased gmVol is in the left hemisphere.   Has anyone ever seen this before in VBM, as a result of some sort of skewing that I may not have corrected for, or inadvertently caused? 

Subjects are 20-21 years old and of same gender and handedness.
