Dear SPMers, I have normalized my fmri images to EPI templet. Since I have to draw mes ROI, I have used MRICron to draw my masks on Ch2 image and saved as .img. When I calculate ROI, there is the following warning message: Warning: images don't all have same dimensions - using those of 1st image > In spm_imcalc_ui at 133 Warning: images don't all have same orientation & voxel size - using 1st image > In spm_imcalc_ui at 137 How can I draw a mask having the same size and orientation of my normalized images ?
