Responsibilities: The main purpose of the role is to provide high quality statistical support to the Project teams in Veterinary Medicine Clinical Development (Sandwich). Statistical support includes: providing statistical input to study protocols (including the experimental design, calculation of sample size and power, the data analysis section, and the randomisation procedures), development of randomisation and statistical summary and analysis programs (using SAS version 9), advising on statistical content of study reports and regulatory filing documents. After an initial period, to take the role of lead biometrician for one or more projects. Duties include: * To assist with the Biometrics training sessions, as and when needed * To participate in the development of improved global statistical procedures.
