Dear SPM'ers,
I had all my anatomicals in radiological space when I ran VBM Dartel normalization. After using John's snippet to transform the modulated GM/WM images to MNI space. I then smoothed the images using 8mm FWHM and ran the statistics. I am using single subject to check my results. Are they now in radiological?
Is the single subject brain in radiological orientation?
Lastly, can anyone advise how I can use ROI analyses on these data as WFU_Pickatlas won't work with it!
