Land Charges Officer - £Neg - West Midlands - 1-2 Months Generic is currently seeking a Land Charges Officer to work on a short term contract. This would be ideal experience for a recent Geography or GIS graduate or anyone who has Land Charges experience. Your main role will be to deal with local property search companies and solicitor's requests and putting them on the land charges system, interrogating digital and paper based maps to investigate the requests and finally sending out the resolved requests to the clients.
