Hi all,
I aligne the anatomy image having a similar orientation to the template with SPM5 following the advice from here.
But, after I coregistered the data, I realized that the orientation of the mean image is not identified to the anatomy image and the template shown in the attached file.
Is it OK?
If it's not acceptable, how to align EPI images?
