Dear GridPP, This note only concerns those attending the GridPP20 Collaboration Meeting in Dublin (in the week of 10th March 2008) and clarifies the admin for travel. * Visit notices (overseas form) ARE required in good time before the meeting (as per normal for overseas trips). * Subsequent claims should also be on the OVERSEAS expenses claim form. * The PMB has agreed that claims will be reimbursed on the basis of ACTUAL costs (rather than subsistence) and so please keep receipts (as for a UK trip) and include them with your claim. * To manage the budget effectively at financial year end, it is very important that ALL CLAIMS are submitted immediately after the meeting to "PA PPD Director", as per usual.
